The United Wrestling Network is pleased to welcome Arizona-based PHX Wrestling into the United family of sanctioned wrestling promotions. The partnership will officially debut with the taping of a series of episodes of United's popular television show Championship Wrestling from Arizona at a co-branded double-feature event with PHX at the Nile Theater on July 21st in Mesa, Arizona.

PHX promoter Joe Vernola, who also serves as a ring announcer and commentator for several other of the United promotions, lead the announcements.

"Championship Wrestling from Arizona is our state's premiere and flagship showcase for Arizona wrestling on television. It's a thrill to be able to pair the independent strength and the passion of the PHX product with the professional opportunity and exposure that CWFA and United provide. This was a no-brainer," said Vernola.

David Marquez, President of the United Wrestling Network had this to say:
"Adding PHX to the United family helps strengthen our overall position in the Arizona market and helps give the wrestlers and wrestling fans in Arizona better access to each other than ever before. I'm excited for the fans, I'm excited for the talent and I'm excited for our friend, Joe," said Marquez.

PHX now will have the ability to showcase the stars and championships sanctioned under the United umbrella, including current United Television Champion, Rocky Romero and United Tag Team Champions PAC-3 in addition to the talent rosters of all other partner promotions.

The partnership kicks off publicly at the Nile Theater on July 21st in Mesa Arizona. PHX and Championship Wrestling from Arizona will present "two shows for the price of one" as portions of the double card will be filmed for future CWFA episodes.

Tickets for the show are $10 in advance for GA; $15 for VIP front row. Fans who wait till show time will pay $15 and $20, respectively, at the door. Tickets can be purchased at
